Responsible Gaming

Last Updated: 23.07.2026

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

This Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the framework we follow to make sure gambling activities are carried out with the wellbeing of every stakeholder in mind. It’s built to keep players informed about the risks that come with gambling, while giving them the tools and support they need to make sound decisions about their own gambling habits.

The policy aims to lower the risk of problem gambling, guard against underage play, and offer help to anyone who needs it.

1.2 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Lucky7even is fully dedicated to keeping gambling a safe, enjoyable pastime for every player. We recognise the risks involved and understand how important it is to build an environment where players can enjoy their experience responsibly, without coming to harm.

If you have any concerns about responsible gambling, reach out to us at: [email protected]

2. Limits

2.1 Limits Description

To help players gamble responsibly, we provide a Personal Limits feature. Players can cap how much they deposit, lose, wager, spend on a single game, or use across their account overall.

Limits can be changed at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect right away, but raising one requires email confirmation and can only happen once the current limit of that type has expired — this helps prevent impulsive decisions. If you need more information or help with Personal Limits, our support team is available via live chat or email.

Deposit Limit: Set a cap on your deposits over a day, week or month. Note that because of how decentralised and technical cryptocurrencies are, deposit limits can’t always be enforced on crypto transactions. If you want strict deposit control, use other available payment methods alongside our responsible gambling tools.

Loss Limit: Caps your losses over a day, week or month. This is calculated based on your initial deposit, not on any winnings generated from it.

Wager Limit: Caps the amount you wager over a day, week or month.

Cooling-Off Limit: Set a Cooling-Off Period lasting 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. While it’s active, you can’t make fiat deposits and you’ll be excluded from all promotions. You can still withdraw your remaining funds during this time. Because of how crypto transactions work technically, some cryptocurrency deposits may still go through even while Cooling-Off is active. The period starts immediately, and your account reactivates automatically once it ends.

Self-Exclusion Limit: Set a Self-Exclusion period lasting 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Once activated, your account is disabled immediately and you’re excluded from all promotions for the chosen period. Fiat deposits won’t be possible while this is active. That said, remaining balances — including any cryptocurrency transactions that go through due to their technical nature — can still be withdrawn manually by contacting customer support. Payouts follow the casino’s standard withdrawal limits. Being self-excluded doesn’t exempt you from verification if the casino requires it to process your funds.

Session Limit: Restrict how long you spend gambling in one sitting. This takes effect immediately, and you’ll be logged out automatically once you hit your set time. You can choose anywhere from 6 minutes up to 1,000,000 minutes.

2.2 Self-Exclusion by Request

Players can also email [email protected] to let us know they want to stop gambling on the site, whether for a set period or indefinitely. Our support team will then block access to the account and make sure no promotional material is sent during that time.

Once self-excluded, a player can’t log in or request a withdrawal directly. However, they can still email support to start the withdrawal process for any remaining balance. Our team will respond within a reasonable timeframe and guide the player through the steps.

Keep in mind that active self-exclusion doesn’t exempt a player from verification if the casino needs it to process funds. Any remaining balance is paid out in line with the casino’s withdrawal limits.

3. Problem Gambling

As a licensed and responsible operator, we take promoting responsible gambling seriously and are committed to doing everything we can to prevent gambling-related harm. Our goal is a safe, secure environment where gambling stays an enjoyable, recreational activity.

We focus heavily on spotting and reducing the risks tied to problem gambling. To support this, we’ve put in place a full range of tools and practices, including — but not limited to — deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, and access to responsible gambling information.

Even with these safeguards, we know gambling can become addictive for some people. No system is completely foolproof, and some players may struggle to stay in control. If that happens, we encourage immediate action — anyone who feels their gambling has become a problem should reach out to us directly. Support is available via live chat, email and our contact form, and every case is handled with full confidentiality and care.

Our trained support team responds quickly and takes the right steps to help — whether that’s starting a self-exclusion period, sharing information on gambling support services, or helping set up safer-gambling tools. Player wellbeing is a top priority for us, and we work with our players to keep gambling what it should be: entertainment, and nothing more.

4. External Help

If you’d like outside consultation or support, you can reach out to:

  • Gamblers Anonymous,
  • GamCare,
  • Gambling Therapy.

5. Protection of Minors

We only accept players aged 18 and over, and we use every available method to stop minors from registering or playing on our site. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, and if a player hasn’t reached the legal age, access is denied immediately.

That said, given how vast and accessible the internet is, we recognise that minors may still find ways around these safeguards. We strongly encourage parents to stay actively involved in protecting their children from unsupervised access to gambling sites. Several tools exist to help with this — parents can find more information at:

  • CyberPatrol,
  • GamBlock®,
  • Solid Oak Software,
  • Net Nanny.
